As a make-to-order brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, size, color, or handwork variations. However, under specific circumstances, a credit note may be issued.

- We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item once the original product is received in its original, unused condition.

- we don't entertain any kind of exchange
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Once the item is received, it will undergo a quality check. Upon approval, a credit note will be issued or the replacement item will be dispatched within 10 days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
